To provide primary health care services and education in the spirit of the healing ministry of Christ.
As of November 2023 our board has finalized the cost of building a much-needed maternity and surgery center for the many needs of this community at an amazing cost of $850,000.00. We are asking and seeking for continued donations and new donors to help us keep up the good works being done. We broke ground in August of 2024 and we pray it will be completed very soon as many lives can be spared with this new facility. Take a look at our photo album to see the progress!

The Lord has been gracious to all at Kilimanjaro Mission Hospital as we have seen consistent growth in new patients and returning patients to our facility. We rejoice with the staff, the Board members, and all of our supporters as our small clinic has really made a name for its self in the Kimana community. It has excelled beyond what we thought it could do!
